1. Introduction

Welcome to Reevitalise. By booking a program, personal training, or wellness service, or by using our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and the best possible experience for our guests.

2. General Terms of Use

  • All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Reevitalise International FZ-LLC.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without permission.

  • We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time.

3. Privacy Policy

  • We collect basic personal information (name, email, phone number, booking details) for the purpose of managing your reservation and communicating with you.

  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required for payment processing (via WeTravel or other secure platforms).

  • By booking with us, you consent to being contacted by email, phone, or WhatsApp regarding your reservation.

4. Bookings & Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before your arrival date.

  • All payments are processed securely through WeTravel or other authorised partners.

  • Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit has been received.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Retreat Programs (3, 7, 14 Day)

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date: Deposit non-refundable, but you may transfer your booking to a new date within 12 months at no extra cost.

  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before the start date: Deposit is non-refundable; 50% of remaining balance (if paid) may be credited towards a future stay.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival or no-shows: No refund provided.

Personal Training & Wellness Services

  • Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or no-shows will be charged at full rate.

6. Health & Liability

  • Reevitalise programs are fitness and lifestyle coaching experiences, not medical treatment.

  • Our team are trained coaches and therapists, not medical professionals.

  • Participation is at your own risk — you should consult your doctor before beginning any training, wellness, or recovery program.

  • Reevitalise is not liable for injuries, medical conditions, or complications arising during or after participation, except where required by law.

  • Guests are responsible for monitoring their own health and informing us of any relevant medical conditions before arrival.

7. Accommodation & Conduct

  • Guests are expected to treat staff, other guests, and facilities with respect at all times.

  • Any damages to rooms, facilities, or equipment caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the guest.

  • Missing items (towels, equipment, furnishings) will be charged at replacement cost.

  • Rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other guests may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

8. Changes to Services

  • Reevitalise reserves the right to adjust schedules, trainers, or services if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • If we are required to cancel your booking, a full refund (including deposit) will be provided.
